First pictures of the new tricycle Can-Am Spyder F3 EFI

On the new photo shows the name of the new trike Can-Am Spyder - on the sides of the car clearly reads designation F3 EFI. It is likely that the index F3 indicates the type of engine, mounted within the frame of the Spider. Also there is a possibility that the new product is equipped with a new 3-cylinder engine Rotax 1330 ACE, presented last year, a maximum power of 115 hp and torque of 130 Nm. The three-cylinder powerplant is mated to a new 6-speed transmission (manual or semi-automatic).

Design Can-Am Spyder F3 EFI changed significantly: the once flowing body lines changed over sharp edges, and the front of the trike more began to resemble a car. Two large headlamps are installed higher than normal and complemented by two auxiliary light sources. As seen earlier prototype, Can-Am Spyder F3 EFI, embodied in the photographs, is completely devoid of the windshield. New trike also has a more compact exhaust system, which is likely to BRP developed Slovenian company Akrapovic, since last year, the two firms said the beginning of cooperation.

Given that in the pictures Can-Am Spyder F3 EFI already looks like a fully serial model, it can be assumed that the premiere of Bombardier Recreational Products will be held in the near future. Perhaps a new Canadian roadster will be shown this fall at an exhibition in Milan.
